Has anyone gotten openXC to work with a GM vehicle?

I am curious if anyone has gotten an openXC device communicating with a GM vehicle?
Preferably with something using only GMLAN (Prior to 2006).
I plan to pick up the PIC based development setup and trying to connect to my truck but I am assuming I would use the generic ODBII setup. Just curious if anyone has gotten a GM to connect?

(I don't mind being a pioneer on this but if someone else already has it working that would save me some headaches... LOL )
