Sir,
I am using Open xc cross chasm c5 ble bi device. I have been trying to get the device connected to the Phone's Bluetooth for quiet sometime. The device is getting paired with the phone but it isn't getting connected. Can you please help me with it??

What kind of phone and what app are you using?
For the C5 BLE we recommend using our iOS demo app:
