Introducing the OpenXC Shop

In the first half of 2015 we have been working hard to streamline our hardware manufacturing and distribution. When we started out with our 1st generation of the hardware we never realized the sheer volume of requests and the demand for hardware. I know a lot of our loyal community members have had to wait for the hardware and we apologize for these delays, but we have been working to get this up and running from the ground up and appreciate your patience.

We are also launching the shop with our redesigned Vehicle Interface, which further improves on our previous design that we learned so much from these past years.

Thats not it, in the coming months we are hoping to launch several new hardware products and accessories and this switch to the new storefront will help us grow our line of OpenXC Hardware at a faster pace. In closing we want to reaffirm our commitment to growing the OpenXC Community globally (shipping internationally) and hope you can be a part of this moving forward.

Based on the screen shot that you sent of the error you had, we can see that there is some conflict between the name of the city and the postal code (zip code).

We verified that if you enter the city name Chengdu and the postal code 610100, this is a valid city/zip combination. I have created a screen shot for you of the field where you should enter the city name Chengdu, and the field you should enter the postal code.

Can you check to see that the ship-to address shows this data in those two fields?

Please note that the website will auto-populate with the address you had previously entered, so please choose "New Address" in the first field (pull-down menu).
