Voice Bridge Problem

So on both of my servers the Voice Bridge won't start now, and i don't
think i've changed anything,,,,,

i already deleted the install directory and re-built.....nothing

Either another copy of the voice bridge is already running or
some other program is using the sip port 5060.

Sometimes Firefox would hog the audio, if you have a tab open to
something like youtube. I usually close all of my tabs, but the
launcher, to be sure. Ric
