Voice Bridge Not working

Hi there,

The Voice Bridge Server does not work when I try to run it remotely.
It works fine locally, that is on a localhost
but gives me the following error when I try to run it remotely.
I have tried setting the options of ANT_OPTS=-XX:MaxPermSize=512m -
Xmx512m, However it still gives me
this error.
Also I am using windows 7 as my server.
Would appreciate if I can get a quick response.
