OpenVPN can be connected after it is built, and it is not connected to other computers on the server side. I'm in great pain right now. Outside the company, clients can ping (using the VPN IP they get), but they can't Ping the company's internal network, even the IP address of the VPN server (this is the company's internal IP address) can't ping.

  OpenVPN搭建好之后可以连接，和服务器端的其他电脑内网不通 。我现在非常痛苦，公司外面的客户端，他们之间可以ping 通（使用他们获得的vpn ip），但是他们不能ping通公司内部的网络，甚至连vpn服务器的ip地址（这个是公司的内部的ip地址）也不能ping通。

You need to configure the route to the VPN network on the server-side network.
The gateway to VPN network is an OpenVPN server's internal address.
