OpenTSDB 2.3 with HBase 1.2.6

Dear all,

I tried to find a table with the versions of HBase being supported by Opentsdb but I wasn't able.

I am using HBASE 1.2.6 with Opentsdb 2.3 over hadoop 2.6.5 I get the following error :

ERROR [main-EventThread] HBaseClient: The znode for the -ROOT- region doesn't exist!

Any idea?

That sounds like the TSD config isn't hitting the right zookeeper server. 1.2.6 shouldn't have changed roots or meta. Make sure you're passing in the "tsd.storage.hbase.zk_quorum" and "tsd.storage.hbase.zk_basedir" are set properly.
