Hi,

do you plan to support microsecond precision in future OpenTSDB releases (2.2 or next ?)
Indeed, I would like to use it to store sound signals at Mhz frequencies.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
I'm also interested in millisecond precision. Would like to hear if this is being considered?

Um, could you be a little more specific? You're not trying to store actual audio samples for replay I hope? For such a system you would need to write the actual audio files to disk and then upload them to some data store or just link to them. An DBMS is going to be too slow for raw audio in/out.

It is and shouldn't be too hard to implement. We just have to find someone to do the leg work. Interested?
