Deploying Open Trip Planner

I am working on a trip planning android application. I am using Open Trip Planner for the trip planning.

I have set up and tested everything works file in my localhost.

I would like to deploy the Open Trip Planner on an Ubuntu server.

I have checked the documentation on how to do that, I see it is out of date https://github.com/opentripplanner/OpenTripPlanner/wiki/SettingUpOTPServer.

I am a beginner to all this. I have tried for one week now without success.

How can I deploy it?

I would recommend docker. It is much easier.
