Michael Maurizi sayd that was better to use ubuntu 16.04 but when i try to add ppa repository:
add-apt-repository ppa:chris-lea/node.js
Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/chris-lea/node.js/ubuntu/dists/xenial/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found
E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
Is there another repository to use? or is changed something from the instruction guide?

another question:

python opentreemap/manage.py collectstatic --noinput --clean
usage: manage.py collectstatic [-h] [--version] [-v {0,1,2,3}]
                               [--settings SETTINGS] [--pythonpath PYTHONPATH]
                               [--traceback] [--no-color] [--noinput]
                               [--no-post-process] [-i PATTERN] [-n] [-c] [-l]
                               [--no-default-ignore]
manage.py collectstatic: error: unrecognized arguments: --clean
what is wrong with --clean?
