Awesome! I really think you are on to something big with this idea.
The new design looks great. Have you considered running a
kickstarter.com campaign to get the first prototype built and
distributed? You would probably sell thousands there and help fund
additional progress. Maybe do a 1:1 deal (get one and donate one).

Enjoy your trip! I travelled in Asia for 9 months last year. I
didn't get to Bhutan but I understand its amazing. I think travelling
to with the product and meeting with kids is an great idea. I visited
some schools while travelling and this kind of product would change
the dynamic for so many rural school children assuming they have
access to electricity.
