strange behavior

Dear all,

I met a strange problem. The device cannot attach to the network. Please
check the attached trace file.
At 5.430s, the device received the Child ID response successfully, but
at 5.437s, it became the Leader.

I could not understand on such procedure, would anyone kindly analysis
please?

I don't think the Child ID Response was actually received.

The log line at 5.430 indicates that the device timed out on waiting for a Child ID Response. Because the device timed out and is router-capable, the device became a leader.

If possible, I would check the logs on the router to see why the Child ID Response is not getting delivered.
