Import csv

Hi.

Great project. Has anyone been able to import csv files from https://github.com/footballcsv/fr-france/ into the DB ?The csv is so rich but the DB repo only has 2014/15 in https://github.com/openfootball/fr-france. Wondering how the data from csv can be plumbed into the DB

The good news there's a CSV reader, see
https://github.com/sportdb/sport.db/blob/master/sportdb-models/lib/sportdb/csv_reader.rb

The bad news the CSV reader is undocumented.
