Hello,

FYI: To make it easier to use and reuse the world's national teams I
moved all teams to its very own repo, that is, teams [1].

Please, change your build scripts to use the new teams repo. If you
have any trouble let us know. The world-cup, euro-cup,
north-america-gold-cup, copa-america, africa-cup, etc. no longer will
include any national team data sets (please use the new teams repo).
