Here's a paper I wrote on "community education" and the importance of balance (rather than tension) between building a love of Judaism and in-depth knowledge. I've mentioned it online before and wanted to share it because it's affecting my thinking on how we'll continue to build the Jewish Free Culture community and what that community can provide to the Jewish world.
