Timer threads running in Utgard implementation even after close has been called

Hello,

I am using Utgard libraries to connect to OPC DA.
I observe that 2 threads keep running even after close.
The ServerPingTimerTask and ClientPingTimerTask

I have tried multiple steps, can't find a solution.
