I intend to use Open Rules to create a webapp under GPL license.
What is the recommended way of using the open sources version and making it available under GPL license?

GPL requires that your own application that uses OpenRules should also be open-sourced. OpenRules supports a dual licensing policy - if you do not want to be restricted by the terms of GPL you may purchase our non-GPL commercial license. Read more at http://openrules.com/licensing.htm
