How to access the URL of backend server and check the body by lua in nginx

Hi,

At present I implement our own load balancer policy by balancer_by_lua block. I need to access the backend server by some specific URL of backend server and check some string in the response body (not the HTTP status code). How can I do that in balancer_by_lua block?
