Join multi valued cells not working

Hello,

I have data in which the text is split across multiple rows. I have followed the steps in this post to generate an index column, blanked down and tried to Join multi valued cells, but it doesnt work. I noticed that when I blank down, the numbers of the ALL column (refine's index) doesnt change and blank rows also have numbers. Anybody knows what I`m doing wrong? Please help.

Hi Thomas,

To join the multi-valued cells, you need to get OpenRefine to see 'Records' rather than 'Rows'. From what you describe, this is not happening in your case. If you look towards the top left of the data where it says "Show As: rows / records", is 'records' selected?

Are you able to post any sample data or screenshots to help us understand what is happening?
