Json Parse with Jython

Hello everyone,

currently the Open Refine candidate release has a 2.5.x Jython version which doesn't not include support for json, or i don't know how to used that. Anyway, when i upgrade it to 2.7 i can simple use import json and json.load / dump methods.

How to parse json in Jython 2.5?

Hi

There is no JSON support in Jython 2.5.x - I can't see any option easier than upgrading to 2.7.x - as per  this thread https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/openrefine/MJ2VSS0o3Cw it looks like you can just drop in the 2.7.x jar and it all works.

Alternatively, you can use GREL's built-in JSON methods, and not use Jython as your expression language.
