Hello Refiners,

I have a column that has several rows, each row has several values that I need to split in the same column.

Example:

Name   Options
John    apple, orange, strawberry

Need:

Name  Options
John   apple
John   orange
John   strawberry

Thanks,

Thad Guidry

Use Records mode
Use Edit Column -> Split multi-value cells
Use Blank down on Name column

agree with Thad however be mindful when using the blank down. if you have a blank name in your set. You can read more about it here: http://kb.refinepro.com/2012/03/fill-down-right-and-secure-way.html
