Hi

Is there a list kept anywhere or that anyone has of which TOC's serve each station?

E.g. Doncaster Station served by trains from Virgin Trains East Coast (GR), TransPennine Express (TP) etc

Thanks

I’m not sure there’s an industry version, but you could build one yourself based on a few days worth of timetables from Darwin.

Hi,

As Peter says, this is a fairly easy query with a few days of timetable data. As it happens we provide an ad-hoc report on this internally so I've attached for September to date...

Interestingly, there's apparently one Southern service calling at Penzance in that dataset, which seems highly unlikely!

I've just run a query on my Darwin DB and only show Cross Country & Great Western for Penzance

rail=> select distinct s.toc,t.* from darwin.schedule_entry e inner join darwin.schedule s on e.schedule=s.id inner join darwin.toc t on s.toc=t.code inner join darwin.location l on e.tpl=l.tpl inner join darwin.crs c on l.crs=c.id  where c.crs='PNZ';
 toc | id | code |         name          |                         url
-----+----+------+-----------------------+------------------------------------------------------
 XC  | 33 | XC   | CrossCountry          | http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/tocs_maps/tocs/XC.aspx
 GW  | 10 | GW   | Great Western Railway | http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/tocs_maps/tocs/GW.aspx

Hmmm, it seems that there is a bug in the report in that deleted services are not being excluded as they should be. This record comes from a schedule which was added on 15/9 and then subsequently deleted 10 mins later. Looking at it I suspect because someone created a test schedule in the production system...tut, tut, tut!

I'll arrange for the bug to be fixed.
