Level crossings (opened/closed data)

Hi,

There's a level crossing near me and I'd like to know when it is opened and closed.

The crossing in question is manually opened/closed from the signal control centre so the track circuit approach suggested in 2014 won't work.

I know Network Rail have the data as they supply it to the local council, but I haven't found which feed it's in - if any. Can anyone help?
