Darwin PushPort issues this morning

My alerting keeps being triggered this morning where I'm seeing dropouts in the D3 pushport feed.

Every few minutes messages stop arriving for about a minute then restart. I get a warning when there's 0 messages for more than a minute so most of the time I don't see this but looking at the raw message rates in RabbotMQ I see it's pretty frequent - normally it's a steady rate rather than having long periods with no messages.

I'd compare your graph to mine, but for the second time in a week, I've lost my feed from exactly midnight, and it'll probably return at exactly midnight tonight.

But I have definitely seen periods of zero message rates, which started several weeks ago.
