Hi all

We have a P1 incident affecting the Realtime journey planning webservice at the moment, which may be affecting your applications.

Our supplier, Thales, is working on the problem as a matter of urgency.

Darwin & Knowledgebase feeds are unaffected.

I'll post an update when we know more.

Hi, the incident was resolved approximately 2345 last night. Root cause analysis is ongoing.
