That doesn't quite look right to me - I've checked the source data that
came through and it does indeed have the "+" before some platform numbers.
It looks like it's a formatting issue in the data that's sent out to the
Open Data platform - all of the cells with a "+" have a different format
set ("+##0" in Excel) to the others, so they may have been edited recently.
I'll get a ticket logged to get this fixed in the next maintenance release.
