I'm just been looking at an issue at my end and it appears that the full CIF file hasn't been updated since the 9th of Sep

Here's the header from what's currently being served:

HDTPS.UDFROC1.PD1609090909162025DFROC2D FA090916090917

The daily update files are all fine, just the full file.
