Hi All,

We were advised this morning of the following, does anyone know if this has been turned back on and whether it was affecting the HSP service for historical service info?

Many Thanks,

Lee

This sounds like the CIS (Worldline LICC) at Liverpool Street’s connection to Darwin being shut down - possibly due to a problem with the CIS being unable to communicate successfully with Darwin.  No idea if it’s still down - you’d have to ask Greater Anglia.

The HSP only has historical train movement data, so providing movements have gone through Darwin (as they will probably have done from TRUST), HSP will still be up-to-date.

Hi,
I also use Darwin, I seem to not be able to get train time information back from the API for Hayes after 5am .. Would this be the reason why ?
