Hey Everyone,

I'm noticing connectivity seems to be down this evening - I can't access https://datafeeds.nationalrail.co.uk, the FTP feeds, or the stomp port.

Just wondering if this is just me?

This you are right, the last FTP file I picked up was at 21:10 this evening and nothing since.

Apologies to all for any inconvenience caused by the downtime.

There was a server level issue at our data centre which had caused the instance itself to become unresponsive.

The instance proved difficult to stop and also took a number of attempts to start once we did managed to stop it, hence the delay in getting the system back up and running.

 

Everything looks ok now so we should be back to normal.
