I have an archive of a fair portion of the ATOC open schedule data, and
have just had a look at what I presume is the corresponding dataset
(released onto
data.atoc.org at 6am on Saturday 24th April 2015).
The CIF schedule data (MCA file) certainly does include Ebbw Vale Town,
as you'd expect (the relevant TI - TIPLOC Insert record is shown below):

However the master station names file (MSN file) doesn't include the
station - but this is quite normal - it is always very late being
updated for any changes. See here for an interesting article on the

Pye Corner on the other hand in both the MSN and MCA files, indeed if it
was missing from the MSN file most journey planners and other online
systems would not function properly, so that's not a surprise. But if
it's missing from the GTFS files on
gbrail.info then that is a separate
issue.
