Just fell off a cliff with no warning signs. They said they fixed it but I've still not had anything....

I lost the feeds around 01:30.

The platform does seem "delicate" at the moment.

Hi All,

I think this type of issue only seems to be impacting the stomp message feed.

We use the FTP digest files and just pull them in every 5 mins and process the messages which seems to be unaffected. Not sure if that helps to narrow it down by might help in terms of adding a layer of resilience perhaps?

Regards,

Lee

What do you mean by FTP digest files?

He's talking aboujt the files available from ftp.  I hadn't thought about that and sounds  like a good idea to me.  I'm still just using the weekly cif file and preparing to upgrade.  I'll now code for both options.

I don’t believe that there are FTP digest files available for the Network Rail platform which is what was down. Unless I’ve missed something?

Sorry, had thought it was the update and schedule messages that were not functioning which is what we get for the sftp digest files.

Regards,

Lee

NROD = Network Rail Open Data
NRDP = National Rail Data Portal (also called D3)

I think you use NRDP, and this morning’s issues were on NROD.
