Public Performance Measure documentation

This might be of interest to the group, but the Sevenoaks RTA recently put in an FoI request to Network Rail about the PPM statistics.

Anyhow they got a response and sent me a link earlier today: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/performance_manuals#incoming-797470

There's 2 zip files in that response, each containing just one pdf document. tl;dl (yet) but one document is about 250 pages long - so there's a lot of information in there.

Is this the Performance Meausrement and Performance Improvement manuals?  If so, they're packed full of useful information!  I might even go as far as to say "gold mine".
