Hi all

RDG would like to invite the open data community to develop a proof of concept which will enable us to receive data from Traffic Management (via the Network Rail LINX layer) and translate it into a format that can be understood by Darwin. We'll use this proof of concept to help us to prepare for the launch of Traffic Management on the Thameslink route at the end of this year.
