help with htmk smoothed seismicity

Hello,

I stared learning OpenQuake recently, using the notebooks.

Now I want to try the smoothed seismicity script separately -for now I am only using the virtualbox/lubuntu.

I couldn't make it running the smoothed seismicity on the terminal. Apparently is not importing the modules e.g No module named hmtk.parsers.catalogue.csv_catalogue_parser

How can one run scripts separately to understand better the codes?

I really appreciate your help.

You are using outdated notebooks. Now the hazard modeller toolkit lives in the openquake namespace, so all imports have to be prefixed by openquake. For instance

  hmtk.parsers.catalogue.csv_catalogue_parser ->  openquake.hmtk.parsers.catalogue.csv_catalogue_parser
