Hello Michele,

I've noticed a problem with the csv export from HDF5 files. I'm running:
  • The operating system where the Engine is installed - Windows 7
  • If you installed the OpenQuake Engine using Ubuntu packages or git sources - using Windows installer
  • The version of the Engine you are using (oq-engine --version) - 2.0.1-1
  • If it's possible, the input files you used when you encountered the problem. If they can not be publicly disclosed, sent them directly to engine.support@openquake.org - sent to relevant email address
  • If you are running the Engine from Ubuntu packages you can produce a detailed report using this tool (https://github.com/gem/openquake-profiler) and send it to engine.support@openquake.org
After running a scenario calculation and exporting via "oq engine --export-output <calc_id> <export_dir>", the output looks shifted:

I've rerun the same calculation using a specified grid with 1 km and 10 km (instead of getting coords from the vs30 grid). The 10km grid displays fine but as soon as the grid size reaches a certain limit, this seems to become an issue.

Thanks a lot,
Matt
