One single patch fault

Hello every body
First of all thanks for your help in advance,
I'm trying to run ShahiBakerNearFault2013 model (its in pull request of hazardlib by Yen-Shin), but as my input file attached, when I ran the program it give this error:
ValueError: An error occurred with source id=3-1. Error: multi-segment rupture calculation has not yet been available
Can you help me on how to Identify my fault as single patch fault!?
