disaggregation_converter.py error

Hi all,

I am using the stable-64/lubuntu1404/1.8.0-1 release. I am currently trying to get disaggregation plots using the tool disaggregation_converter.py. The command that I am using is:

python disaggregation_converter.py --plot --input-file /home/openquake/GEM/nrml_converters/oq_input/OUT/out1.xml --output-dir /home/openquake/GEM/nrml_converters/oq_output/OUT1

Unfortunately I obtain this error:

What does this message mean? Any suggestion on how to solve the problem?
