GMF and EXPOSURE converter from .xls to .xml

Hi OQ community,

Today, I have a quesion about .xml format. Are there any tools to convert .xls format to .xlm format? I have GMF file and EXPOSURE file of .xls format, but I cannot properly convert them to Openquake input format such as .xml format. So, I really appreciate it if I could get any advises for the tools or the way to do this conversion from this community.
