some "bugs" and ideas

Dear all,

We ran into some "bugs":

1. the filenames of the output can easily become too long (for Windows) with a logic tree;
2. the multi imt output files from a logic tree are all the same (all realizations are included in each file);
3. the "delete uncomplete calculations" argument deletes all calculations (also the completed ones);
4. the order of the sites is not the same between the different output types

Would it also be possible to implement:

1. a kappa site parameter (which is used for host-to-target adjustments of some gmpes) or any user defined site parameter;
2. an option to export to full disaggregation matrix?
