stable version deb package error

I m try install new version openpnp in deb package and have this error :

dpkg: error processing archive /home/elektronika/Downloads/OpenPnP-linux-develop.deb (--install):

 error in 'Version' field string 'f2e3aa40a01cbc8c656c2bc3fd04a6c8f6e2d1b0': version number does not start with digit

Errors were encountered while processing:

After  dowvnload .sh file  ,  and start install then say next :

And how I can see is not make  folder with name /.openpnp

Hi Moja,

The first error, with the .deb, sounds like a bug in install4j due to how I format version numbers. I've filed a ticket to fix that: https://github.com/openpnp/openpnp/issues/218

The second error, with the UnsupportedClassVersionError is due to your using the wrong Java version. The current code requires Java 8. If you remove Java 7 (or 6, or whatever you are using) and install Java 8 you should be okay.
