Can't install drivers OpenNI 1.0 Alpha build 23 binaries for Win32

I'm trying to install the OpenNI drivers, but my computer doesn't
recognize them. Looking at the hardware id of the kinect, it's
VID=045E and PID=02AE, but the psdrv3.inf for the windows driver lists
VID=1D27 and PID=0200...0600. What am I missing?

Hi Juan,

The PrimeSense sensor driver is only for their own dev kit.
It does not work with the Kinect without some mods.

If you want to get it working with the Kinect please use:
https://github.com/avin2/SensorKinect
Direct install link:

If you want to use it on Linux:
https://github.com/ros-pkg-git/Sensor
