Hello,
What does the server print in the console in your case?

What OS are you using?

I have struggled with this for a while as well and just completed a
new install on Ubuntu 8.04.

Here is what I did:

Followed some of the instructions for the Debian install in the wiki
but instead downloaded Red5 version 7.0.
Installed openlaszlo 4.3.0
I left the password black on the database...eventually it will need to
be changed for security and didn't modify the hibernate file as
suggested.
Installed java version 5 from repositories
Installed OpenOffice from repos as well and the other packages
mentioned in the wiki.

When I tried to installed I kept getting the same error so...I
downloaded version 8 package which includes red5 and open
openmeetings.

I then removed the installed red5 directory (sudo remove -r /usr/lib/
red5)
I unzipped the open meetins with red 5 and copied it to /usr/lib/red5

The red5 services still work and I was able to complete my
installation at that point and so far, this works better than my other
20 trial install I have done.

On a Windows 2003 server I can't even upload pdf files.

Not much of instructions but I hope it can help you.

Good luck.

Logging was changed from 0.7 to 0.8 in both Red5 and openmeetings.
Please check that your Red5 version matches the one of openmeetings.
The simplest way to do this is to use Red5 pre-bundled with the
openmeetings version you are using.
