Openlitespeed 1.4.17 - Problem with CSS and/or static pages?

It worked fine for about month, but after upgrade to 1.4.17 strange things started to happen. I'm not sure when it started (maybe in 1.4.16) because in Firefox it's OK and I rarely use other browsers. 

Check out page: www.duettoshop.pl, it's static template webpage

In Google Chrome: It's displayed but without CSS

In Mozilla FIrefox: It's displayed fine

In Internet Explorer: It doesn't display. It wants to download file without extension which is index.html file

There are no errors in Litespeed. Here is my access log for one display of main page:

It looks fine. All codes 200, also for CSS

What is happenning?

The same is for dynamic pages. PHP works fine, but in Chrome it displays without CSS, Firefox fine, Internet Explorer wants to download file

Default settings? Was it fresh install of LiteSpeed or upgrade from previous version?

Fresh  install , vultr ubuntu 16.04-32 ,  I use  one click script  to install  them.

Not default setting ,  I change a  little .

U can  try  fresh install ,

But if you installed form the one click tool, and your platform is ubuntun 16, how does this work? we do not have such a rpm for ubuntun 16.
And yes, we will provide 15 and 16 rpm soon and the one click does support 15 and 16.

My platform is Centos 7 and I installed Openlitespeed from RPM as described here:

http://open.litespeedtech.com/mediawiki/index.php/Help:Repositories

In repository there is version 1.4.17: openlitespeed14-1.4.17-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm

It wasn't fresh install but an update with yum from previous version.

Strangly, publish date in repository is 2 May, and I installed it 30 April at 9pm???

So you're saying it's a bug? Any advice? Should I downgrade to 1.4.16?

I think you may want to do a update of openlitespeed14 and it should fix it.
If still get problem, you can do a "yum clean metadata" and "yum update" to update it.

Nope, yum response with "No packages marked for update"

But I reinstalled OpenLitespeed with "yum reinstall openlitespeed14" and it seems to work :)

Tomorrow I'll move back my production sites and confirm if everything works.

Actually I'm glad it was a bug, because I thought that I fu...ed up something or (even worse) there's something wrong with my server

I  used  other  one  click  script which support  the  ubuntu /debian,  it  make install  all  from  source code.

I installed  it  yesterday ,  download  the  source code from

http://open.litespeedtech.com/packages/openlitespeed-1.4.17.tgz

The  one click  script is  this  one :https://github.com/ylqjgm/LLNMP

But the  author not update  it  for  years. So  I  changed  some things  and  update  the  version to  latest!

That version is the first release. We will keep updating it and make it more complete and flexible.
We may support to build from source code if the rpm does not work or that platform is not supported with rpm.

I can confirm that reinstallation current rpm version published in repository fixed problem.
