1.3.12 Released! Added PHP 7 support and HTTP/2 enabled by default!

Hi Everyone,

1.3.12 is now released!  This one includes PHP 7 support  and a few bug fix. Also HTTP2 is enabled by default. So if anyone is interested in trying it out, this is the time to update!

• Added PHP 7 compilation support.
  
• Updated default cipher configuration.
  
• Fixed a SPDY bug involving the default window size setting.
  
• Fixed some internal bugs in SPDY/HTTP2.
  
• Changed SPDY/HTTP2 to be the default during installation; to disable, please use ./configure --enable-spdy=no
  

Please try this release and let us know if you have any questions.
