Dear Jumpers and Jumperettes,

the little kangaroo is again one year older, learned some new tricks and refined some older ones. without further ado here comes OpenJUMP 1.9.0

- "Raster styler" to edit, load and save raster symbologies

- Layer tree info tooltips, Measure Toolbox, CutFeatures Tool

- introduce new commandline parameter to switch log verbosity '-v, -verbosity'
utilizing the new Logger
PLUS edition
- read support for MariaDB, MySQL, Oracle, Spatialite, Sqlite, H2GIS
DB Datastores in PLUS (mainly contributed by Nicolas Ribot)
- coordinate transformation with CTSPlugIn (Michaël Michaud)
- WFS 1.0,1.1 access via WFSPlugin (based on deegree2 by lat/lon)

Hi OpenJUMP Project, congratulations on this release !    Did you know that OpenJUMP has always been featured on the OSGeo-Live, a reference install of FOSS Geo apps, libraries and data ? This email is a request to update OpenJUMP in time for the OSGeo-Live 9.5 release -- feature freeze at the end of this week (!)

  -- current build of OSGeo-Live is    OpenJUMP 1.8 +  jts-1.14-20140423.jar

  -- the configuration of the install is kept HERE ->  http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/jump-pilot/OpenJUMP/osgeo/osgeo.conf

 It appears that simply updating that "osgeo.conf" file will result in an update.. If you want to see the details of the install, look HERE
