OSMand with OpenJUMP

Hi,

wish to use a desktop with OJ to populate OSMand's location SMS for crowd management etc (using a GSM Dongle).

Sample SMS is below from OSMAND (android mobile)

Pl give me some hints to plan about it. May be some Python code to draw it as a point on OJ.
