OpenJUMP + Coordinate Transformation Suite

Hi all,

I just added a new extension to perform coordinate transformation in OpenJUMP :

Just load the file, unzip it and drop it in lib/ext
With the last  OpenJUMP NB, it should add menu items
- in plugins menu
- in layer popup menu

It is based on CTS library (includes in the zip)
It recognizes coordinate systems from EPSG and IGNF registries and uses a
special combobox able to perform name completion from epsg codes or names.

It recognizes layers which already have a srid defined with some limitations
(it does not recognize srid from prj files associated with shp).
It can convert several layers in one time if they have the same coordinate
system (or undifined coordinate system).

Coordinate transformation is undoable (may consume much memory).

Discussion about its inclusion into OpenUMP CORE or PLUS, as is or with
additional features, is open
