see URL with Feature Info Tool

can I set an attribute to a URL so I can
see the browser-window with the Feature Info Tool?

There is an open feature request about that or at least something close
http://sourceforge.net/p/jump-pilot/feature-requests/80/

The best you can do at the moment is to write URLs with this syntax into
a text field
<img src="http://www.google.com/images/logo_sm.gif" />
and activate to map tooptips from menu View - Map Tooltips

I am remembering that Kosmo GIS hyperlink features.
