OI Safe 1.4.1 - where is restore option?

My HTC Rezound phone crashed and I switched to a Galaxy S III. The help file talks about restore but I can't find that option anywhere. 

I have oisafe.xml.copied onto the new phone

I tried import database  but of course it said import file is missing: /mnt/sdcard/oisafe.csv

Could you please check the the file is indeed at /mnt/sdcard ? And not in a different directory?
