compatibility with google app accounts with custom domains

I have seen other posts that have not been able to get OpenID4Java to
work with google app accounts with custom domains.

i.e. java.util.List discoveries = cm.discover( "https://www.google.com/
accounts/o8/site-xrds?hd=example.com" );

Is there a way to get this to work, or should I create an issue to
track this, or will OpenID4Java never support this ?

Can we bump this?  I think supporting Google Apps domains would be useful.
